Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Grain Axis, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed and shipped directly to your address within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time:

- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

- Once your order is processed and packaged, it is handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS / UPS).

2. Estimated US Shipping & Delivery Times:

- Standard Shipping Time: 3–5 business days after order processing.

- Total Estimated Delivery Window: You can expect your delivery within 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed.

3. Order Tracking:

- As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

- Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status online.

4. Shipping Address & Order Updates:

- Please verify your shipping details carefully during checkout. 

- Due to our fast automated fulfillment system, address modifications or order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
